About us
Founded in December 1999 as part of the Mining Institute — Skopje. For 26 years we have worked in one field: occupational safety, environmental protection and measurements that withstand scrutiny.
Who we are
RI-OPUSPROEKT LLC Skopje was founded on 13 December 1999 as part of the Mining Institute — Skopje. That origin is more than a historical footnote: an institute background means working from measured data rather than from estimates — a habit that remains built into how we work.
Today we are an authorised provider of specialist occupational safety services and an accredited inspection body to MKS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, Type A. Our primary registered activity is 71.200 — Technical testing and analysis, which describes the work precisely: we inspect, measure and document.
We work with Macedonian and international companies — from manufacturing and mining, through banking and consulting, to retail chains and public institutions. For foreign investors we are often the first point of contact explaining what Macedonian law requires of them.
How we work
Three things are rules for us. First, we claim nothing we cannot prove with a document. On this site every authorisation is listed with its number and date, exactly as in the original.
Second, we track the deadlines, not the client. Periodic obligations are usually missed not through carelessness but because nobody is keeping the calendar.
Third, the report has to withstand scrutiny. A measurement taken with an unverified instrument or at an unrepresentative point has no evidential value, however well the document is presented.
