Twenty-four specialist services grouped into three areas. Each is performed under a ministerial authorisation or under accreditation IT-127.
The Occupational Safety and Health Act applies to every activity in the public and private sector, with no headcount threshold. An office, a shop, a restaurant and a construction site all fall within its scope. Below are the specialist services we perform under authorisations issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (today the Ministry of Economy and Labour) and under accreditation IT-127.
OSH professional
Instead of hiring and training your own staff, we take on the role of safety professional together with all the duties it carries.
OSH training
Training on hiring, reassignment, introduction of new technology and process change — with certificates and proper records.
Fire safety training
Hands-on training with live fire — employees actually hold the extinguisher rather than watching a slide.
Working at height
Training with a national instructor licensed by SKYLOTEC (Germany) — a rarity on the Macedonian market.

Microclimate, illuminance, noise, vibration, chemical hazards and dust — with a report that withstands inspection.
Equipment testing
Regular testing and control of work equipment — under ministerial authorisation and with proper records.

Evacuation plans
The plan on the wall is the legal duty; the drill is what shows whether the plan actually works.
Construction site safety
Safety plan, notification to the Inspectorate and a coordinator — mandatory on every site with more than one contractor.

Expert documentation proving a workplace meets the cumulative conditions of the Pension and Disability Insurance Act.

Fall protection PPE inspection
The EN 365 annual inspection is mandatory and recurring. Equipment that fails must be taken out of service.

Anchors, horizontal lifelines and systems on roofs, silos and industrial structures — from design to annual inspection.
Every activity capable of affecting the environment must obtain approval before it starts operating — an elaborate, an EIA decision or an integrated environmental permit, depending on the activity and its capacity. Operating without an approved document carries the highest fines in Macedonian environmental law. We have delivered over 600 elaborates and 59 integrated environmental permits.
Environmental elaborate
Mandatory before operations begin. Operating without an approved elaborate carries fines from EUR 9,000 to EUR 98,000.
EIA studies
For projects with significant impact. Prepared by experts on the Ministry’s official list.
SEA
For plans and programmes rather than individual projects. We led the SEA for the Ohrid LEAP 2019–2025 — a UNESCO site.
Integrated permits
Whether you need an A or a B permit depends on the activity and capacity, not company size. We have delivered 59 permits.
Waste management
Programme, records, reporting and classification — plus outsourced waste manager services.
Measurements are the evidence of whether an installation stays within the limit values set by its permit or by regulation. We carry them out with our own instruments — TESTO, SICK, Cirrus, Brüel & Kjær, METREL — and issue reports accepted by the competent authorities. Noise and illuminance testing fall within the scope of accreditation IT-127.

Stack emission measurement and ambient air quality monitoring with our own TESTO and SICK analysers.

PM10 dust
Workplace dust and ambient PM10 — with Gray Wolf IQ-410 and HYGITEST equipment.
Wastewater
Sampling and testing of industrial and sanitary wastewater against the conditions in your permit.
