Who processes your data

What data we collect

Through the contact form: full name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Through the quote configurator: the above, plus the services selected, industry, headcount, number of locations, city, preferred contact time and, if you attach it, the documentation you send us.

Through the deadline reminder: email address, type of obligation, the date it was last completed and, optionally, the company name.

Through analytics: anonymised IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and traffic source — but only if you have consented to cookies.

Why we process them

Data from the forms is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Reminder data is used only to send you a notice before the deadline expires. The basis is your explicit consent, confirmed via an email link (double opt-in).

We use analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. The basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep them

Form enquiries are kept for the duration of our correspondence and for at most two years thereafter, so we can refer back to earlier exchanges. If an enquiry leads to a contract, the documentation is retained according to the periods set by archival regulations.

Reminder data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. Every reminder contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes the record.

Who we share them with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following processors: Resend for sending email and Google Analytics for visit statistics (only with your consent). Within the company, access is limited to the staff who need it to answer your enquiry.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Send any request to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted. Access to form data is restricted and password-protected. The forms are protected against automated submissions and rate-limited.
