The duty depends on the type and quantity of waste you produce. Where it applies and you have no authorised person of your own, we can take it on.
What if we hand waste to an operator without a permit?
Liability remains with the producer. That is why we verify the validity and scope of the operator’s permit for every new contract — a step that is most often skipped.
Must a small company keep records too?
Yes, if it produces waste. The extent of the duties varies with type and quantity, but records of waste produced and handed over are the baseline that inspectors ask for.
