Elaborate for increased pensionable service
For certain workplaces, pensionable service counts at an increased rate. Which workplaces qualify is set out in a dedicated rulebook, and for a specific workplace it must be proven that all three cumulative conditions of Article 109 of the Pension and Disability Insurance Act are met. The elaborate is the expert documentation that provides that proof — through measurements, a process description and exposure analysis.

How the process works
Coverage check
We first establish whether the workplace is covered by the applicable rulebook at all — that determines whether there is a basis for the procedure.
Survey and measurements
We record the process and measure the hazards to which the employee is exposed over a real shift.
Exposure analysis
We analyse the intensity and duration of exposure and whether the harmful effect can be eliminated by protective measures.
Elaborate and procedure
We prepare the elaborate and provide expert support during the procedure before the competent authorities.
Frequently asked questions
What conditions must the workplace meet?
The three conditions in Article 109 of the Act are cumulative — all must be met, not just one. The elaborate is the document proving that this is so for the specific workplace.
Where is the list of qualifying workplaces?
In the Rulebook determining the workplaces at which pensionable service counts at an increased rate (Official Gazette of RNM no. 174/25, supplemented by nos. 74/26 and 158/26).
Does the elaborate guarantee that increased service will be recognised?
No. The elaborate is the expert basis proving the conditions are met; the decision rests with the competent authority. What we provide is documentation that withstands expert scrutiny.
