Occupational safety and health training
The law requires the employer to provide every employee with theoretical and practical training for the safe performance of their work. It is not a one-off: training is repeated on four distinct occasions, and for workplaces with increased danger a competence check is added every three years. We deliver training under Authorisation no. 8 of 1 June 2010.

How the process works
A programme tailored to you
We derive the programme from your risk assessment, so the training addresses the actual hazards at your workplaces.
Theoretical component
At your site or ours, in Macedonian or English. For larger groups we run it in shifts so production does not stop.
Practical component
At the actual workstation, with the equipment actually in use. This is the part inspectors most often ask to see evidence of.
Certificates and records
Each employee receives a certificate and you receive the record in a form ready for inspection.
Frequently asked questions
How often must training be repeated?
The law ties training to four triggers: hiring, reassignment, introduction of new technology or work equipment, and a change in the work process. For workplaces with increased danger a competence check is additionally required every three years.
Is there a prescribed form for the employee certificate?
No. Prescribed forms exist only for the safety professional’s own documents — the professional examination certificate and the continuing-education points confirmation. The employee training certificate has no prescribed form but must form part of a proper record.
Can the training be delivered online only?
No. The law requires both theoretical and practical training. The practical part takes place at the workstation with the equipment in use and cannot be replaced by a presentation.
Do you deliver training in English?
Yes. We deliver training and the accompanying documentation in English as well, which we do regularly for foreign manufacturing sites and retail chains in Macedonia.
